Taylor Swift is wrapping up her epic Eras Tour, and emotions are running high as the journey comes to an end.
The “Cruel Summer” singer reflected on her six unforgettable shows in Toronto in an Instagram post on November 26. These concerts marked the second-to-last stop of her record-breaking tour, and Taylor didn’t hold back her love for the Canadian fans.
“It was amazing to finally perform in Canada after so long,” she wrote. “The Toronto crowd made it feel like a hometown show. I couldn’t have asked for more love and generosity from everyone who came out.”
The audience was filled with familiar faces, too. Taylor’s mom Andrea, her brother Austin, and a few celebrity friends—like Mariska Hargitay, Zooey Deschanel, and Jonathan Scott—were all spotted in the crowd. Even her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s dad, Ed, was there to cheer her on.
One of the highlights from the Toronto shows was a special moment with her opening act, Gracie Abrams. During the November 16 performance, the two artists performed a mashup of Gracie’s Grammy-nominated song “Us” and Taylor’s fan-favorite hit “Out of the Woods.”
“I adore her,” Taylor gushed in her post. “Gracie’s been giving incredible performances every night on this tour!”
Gracie, who has been part of several recent stops including Miami and Indianapolis, will join Taylor for the grand finale in Vancouver next month.
As Taylor gears up for the last three shows, she’s been reflecting on the journey that started in March 2023. “It’s all starting to feel very real for us,” she shared. “Our next stop is Vancouver, the final city of The Eras Tour. Closing this chapter feels so bittersweet.”
During her last Toronto show on November 23, Taylor became emotional while performing “Champagne Problems.” After a standing ovation that lasted several minutes, she fought back tears and thanked the crowd for their love.
“We’re near the end of this tour, and you have no idea how much this means to me,” she said, her voice breaking. “My band, my crew, and everyone who’s worked on this tour have poured so much into it. And so have you. This moment is something we’ll never forget.”
Taylor ended her Toronto run with four special songs: “Sparks Fly” and “Message in a Bottle” on guitar, followed by two piano ballads, “You’re Losing Me” and “How Did It End?”
Now, all eyes are on Vancouver, where Taylor will close out this incredible chapter of her career with three shows at BC Place on December 6-8. Fans can expect nothing less than magic as the curtain falls on the Eras Tour.
